It possesses two volume controls and a LED indicator between them. The ear piece cover comes in two types with a gel-type technology to conduct more comfort. One has an ear loop, but they both are great assets to removing discomfort. On the functionality side, the best part of this Jabra is the noise cancellation it has which is great. The sound is the same as just sitting in a pure-silenced room and hearing someone in the earphone. The headset provides all controls needed such as answering or dismissing. Jabra's sound quality may not be the best at times, but having the Noise Blackout technology, it tops it with its incredible noise cancellation. At a fair price on an average of $99, this may be a suitable business headset for you but in the end, adding few more dollars to your wallet, your eyes should change their direction towards the Jawbone.
