TiVo, TiVo, TiVo, everybody loves TiVo and the truth is that they do have major reasons too. It's the good old recording device, always made new, and now with the HD XL version being released, positives are yet to come even more. The TiVo HD came out some time ago, but the XL version is the one located in this article. XL stands for its capacity, which in this case is limited at 1TB (Terabyte). This would mean around around 150 GB content, which is obviously high-definition. There are no actual functions or extensions that this version would receive over the normal TiVo HD XL, which is why I am quite disappointed in the value difference between the two. That would be around $300-$400. I am not saying do not buy it, because if you are a "recording freak" or just enjoy your shows and movies very much and also possess the money, TiVo HD XL would be your first choice.
