The ear piece cover comes in two types with a gel-type technology to conduct more comfort. One has an ear loop, but they both are great assets to removing discomfort. On the functionality side, the best part of this Jabra is the noise cancellation it has which is great. The sound is the same as just sitting in a pure-silenced room and hearing someone in the earphone. The headset provides all controls needed such as answering or dismissing.
